RC Gemstones – Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gemstone purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and certificates (if applicable).

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at rcgemsandcrystals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high-value items.

RC Gemstones is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rcgemsandcrystals@gmail.com.

Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or issues. Please make the video of order opening

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.

All approved exchanges/ replacement will be delivered and completed within 10 days.
